10 Year Structural Warranty 2 Year Finish Warranty

At Appalachian Alloys, we stand behind our products and are committed to making things right if something goes wrong — so long as it's not due to misuse or impact damage. Our wheels are built to last, and we offer the following warranty on all forged wheels purchased directly through us.

We offer a 10-year warranty against structural defects in materials or workmanship under normal and reasonable use. If a wheel fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at no cost.

This includes:

  • Cracked spokes or barrels due to flawed materials
  • Manufacturing issues like out-of-round tolerances or improper machining

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Improper installation, fitment, or handling
  • Impacts (potholes, curbs, accidents)
  • Off-road or track use
  • Tire machine damage or installer error

If a returned wheel shows signs of abuse or impact-related damage, the claim may be denied. We reserve the right to inspect and determine eligibility.

We offer a 2-year limited warranty on finishes against peeling, lifting, or other defects due to material or workmanship flaws.

Not covered:

  • Chips from road debris, curbing, or harsh cleaners
  • Finish damage caused during mounting/dismounting
  • Staining or discoloration from brake dust or pad material
  • Normal wear, oxidation, or small imperfections (e.g., dust nibs, minor paint pops)

All wheels should be inspected prior to mounting. Mounting tires constitutes acceptance of the product’s condition. Paint pops smaller than a ballpoint pen tip, or lint/dust < 2mm in length, are considered normal unless located on a highly visible area of the face.

All wheels are made to order based on the information you provide. While we’re here to help guide you, the final fitment responsibility lies with the buyer. Factors like ride height, tire brand, alignment settings, brake upgrades, and aftermarket modifications can affect fitment.

If your setup requires spacers, extended hardware, fender modifications, or alignment adjustments, that is considered normal for custom applications. Minor rubbing (e.g., inner liner contact at full lock) is not grounds for warranty.

A Note from Us

If you ever have a concern or issue with your wheels, even outside warranty conditions, we encourage you to contact us. We're always willing to work with our customers to find a fair resolution, even if it falls outside of policy.
